In 2007, Waste Management made a commitment to reduce its fleet emissions by 15% by 2020. The company’s North American operations reached this goal in 2011. With over 4,000 natural gas trucks in North America, and over 1,100 of those operating in Southern California, the hauler has the biggest convoy of heavy-duty natural gas trucks in the North American industry.
