A recent survey in Tampa, Fla., found that 33% of its residents participate in curbside recycling.
The survey was conducted by Tampa's Department of Solid Waste & Environmental Protection Management during a six-month period to get an accurate baseline for its 42 recycling routes, the Tampa Tribune reported.
