• The waste left behind consisted of a box of clothing, box springs, a couch and a garbage bag with the name Michael Mariscal on the bills. Mariscal is on the state police force.
• A citation could potentially be issued for this offense as per Rio Rancho city code that says if an identifying document is located at an illegal dump, the person named on the paperwork is presumed to be the responsible party.
