Police arrested Bouquillon, 46, of Montgomery, after responding to a report of an accident on Hatfield Street. Officers arrived to find her Suburu Forester with a flat tire, front-end damage and fragments of tree bark on the front of the vehicle. Officers administered field sobriety tests and a Breathalyzer test, all of which she failed, police said. She was then placed under arrest.
