The owner of plastics recycling plant Reprocessed Plastics Inc. destroyed in a fire vows he will rebuild the business.
"Now we're at the information gathering stage," said Clair Angland, owner of the Garfield, Minn., company. "We intend to rebuild completely,ö he said. Angland said a piece of equipment overheated, causing the blaze. The issue will be among many investigated in insurance adjustments.
