International Recycling Group (IRG) has sold its membership interests to United Resource Recovery Corp. (URRC). A subsidiary of New York-based GreenSteel LLC said in a news release it sold its IRG membership interest to the Spartanburg, S.C.-based URRC for an undisclosed amount. Other terms weren't available.
