• Geo-Tech Polymers Inc. will use a $34,000 grant received from Fluor-B&W Portsmouth LLC to expand its plastics recycling facility in Waverly, OH.

The goal behind the grant from Fluor-B&W is to improve the regional economy in south Ohio by reinvesting in local businesses.

In January, Vadxx Energy secured funding for a commercial plastics WTE facility to be constructed in Cleveland, OH. The plant is expected to begin operations in 2015.
