- A man from New Oxford, Pennsylvania is facing charges stemming from an incident in which he allegedly hit a sanitation employee in the face.
- The victim of the assault was driving the truck. A car was following behind the truck and tried to pass the truck in spite of oncoming traffic; an employee in the passenger side blew the horn to prevent the car from passing at that time.
- The man stopped his car, stepped out and confronted the sanitation worker. According to the state police, the man hit the waste employee in the face.

The man responsible for the incident, Nathan Shrader, has been charged with harassment. A woman, also from Pennsylvania, was given two years of probation after she pled guilty in court for punching a sanitation worker in the face.
