Metal Recycling Services (MRS) LLC has purchased State Line Scrap Metal Inc. for an undisclosed amount. State Line operates a scrap metal recycling facility, including an automobile shredder, at its headquarters in Gastonia, N.C., and a feeder yard in Marion, N.C., according to a news release.
