A Newton, Mass., waste hauler has pleaded guilty in connection with the illegal disposal of solid waste, according to the state attorney general. Charles Garabedian pleaded guilty to two counts of violating the state Solid Waste Act in Middlesex Superior Court, Attorney General Martha Coakley's office said.
