New Jersey based Interstate Waste Services announced in a release yesterday that they are purchasing Evergreen Waste solutions, a residential hauling company based in Pennsylvania.
“The purchase of Evergreen allows us to increase the strength of their customers’ existing service,” says Michael de Castro, CEO of Interstate Waste Services. “We can expand on what was offered while continuing to provide them with the great service they have come to expect.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, however, the release indicated that Evergreen currently has 7000+ customers.
