• Eriez, a separation technology equipment manufacturer based in Erie, Pennsylvania, has a new monitoring line. The System Monitoring and Reporting Technology line monitors the recycling process to boost its efficiency and safety.
• "The SMART products line for recycling currently includes Eriez' previously introduced Metal Loss Monitor as well as the new Moisture Monitor," said Mike Shattuck, Market Manager-Recycling, for Eriez. "A number of additional products are currently in development and will be added to the line in the future."
• The Eriez Metal Loss Monitor scans the auto shredder residue stream for metal that hasn't been captured for recycling. The device was created for various sizes of recycling operations, and comes in most belt widths.
