Encore Container, a manufacturer and reconditioner of industrial containers, has announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters, manufacturing and recycling facility to Greenville, S.C. The company says it expects to invest $3.9 million and create 89 jobs in the next three years as part of the relocation project.
