- Ponte Vedra, FL-based Advanced Disposal has purchased three waste and recycling haulers in the past week: Webb Waste Inc. of Macon, GA; AC Sanitation, Inc. of Ball Ground, GA; and Earth First LLC of Fort Wayne, IN. The three acquisitions come one month after Advanced announced its purchase of Dubois, PA-based Williams Sanitation Services.
- Through the Webb transaction, Advanced Disposal takes on assets to include front-end loading and roll-off commercial customers in Georgia’s Bibb County. AC Sanitation assets include commercial and residential customers in Georgia’s Cherokee County. Earth First assets include a hauling facility, transfer station, and customers in Indiana's Allen County.
- The most recent purchase, Earth First, marks the 13th acquisition for Advanced Disposal this year, according to Waste 360.

As the company expands its geographical reach, with a presence in 19 states and the Bahamas, it also forges into new niches, such as CNG, recently investing millions in Hartland, WI and Macon, GA.
The collection, disposal and recycling company is among a number in its industry that are investing big around the country, including Waste Management, Inland Waste Solutions, Action Resources and K2 Waste Solutions.
In August, Advanced Disposal issued a $100M IPO to go public, which would help the waste company reach more deals and grow into new markets, according to an industry analyst.
