• Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) has announced it will begin accepting electronic waste at its retail locations worldwide, as long as it is an Apple product.
• The company began extending this offer April 22, Earth Day. Products in fair condition may be traded in for a gift card.
• According to Apple Insider, the recycling service was implemented to keep the devices, most of which contain toxins, out of landfills.
